Van Gaal did not like me

Former Manchester United defender, Rafael da Silva, has stated that former manager Louis van Gaal did not like him.

He said that this was the main reason why he had to leave Manchester United, and he stated that he regret that Sir Alex Ferguson has left the club. He said that the departure of Ferguson from the club has resulted in him having to leave the club.

The player who is now playing with French side Lyon said that he does not know the reason why the manager did not like him. He stated that there were other players that were informed that they had to leave the club, and he still does not know why. When asked whether Louis van Gaal does not like Brazilian, he said that he is unaware of this issue. He said that different players had been asked to leave when he took over as manager and not all of them are Brazilian.

Rafael da Silva said that his career had been affected ever since Louis van Gaal took over. He stated that he played almost every game for Ferguson as a defender and that he was having the best season of his career. Unfortunately, things changed under Louis van Gaal, and he was replaced by Valencia.

Rafael da Silva has worked with three different managers at Manchester United, and his favorite one was obviously Ferguson. He said that the latter was a great manager, and he was always there helping him. He said that he did not have much time to get acquainted with David Moyes since the latter left after less than a year. He stated that he always respected Louis van Gaal decision and that he has done everything he can to please him, but unfortunately it did not work out.
